12 Things I Love About Disney

I start out every Disney post with how much I love Disney because I do! My family has been visiting Walt Disney World for over 16 years and we are always excited like it was our first time. Even though I recently wrote 12 Things I Hate About Disney and Why I May Never Go Back to Disney, I am still in love with it. Since I shared my list of what I hate about Disney, I thought that it would only be fair if I shared 12 Things I Love About Disney.

I recently wrote 12 Reasons Why I Don't Like Disney, so I thought I would share with you why I love Walt Disney World.

When my family plans a Disney vacation, it is all we talk about until the actual date arrives.

12 Things I Love About Disney

  1. Amazing Food– One of the best parts of planning our trip to Disney is planning which restaurants we will eat at. I am not sure why, but most of the food served at Disney is amazing. Read my review of Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater, here. Also, read 5 Walt Disney World Restaurants NOT Worth Skipping here.
  2. Everyone Can Be a Kid– No matter what your age is, you automatically become a kid when you enter the gates of Disney.
  3. Disney Flair– Throw on your mouse ears, your favorite LuLaRoe Disney leggings (which you can read my very honest LuLaRoe review here), your Toy Story Vans, your favorite Mickey Mouse shirt and represent your love for Disney. I promise no one will look at you funny, they will look at you and admire you.
  4. Easiness Of It All– Disney makes it so easy. From getting you from the airport to your Disney resort to providing a variety of transportation options to each park, they make it so easy.
  5. It’s Never the Same– Our family goes to Disney at least every 3-4 years. Each time we have visited, it has always been different. Disney is always adding something new and amazing.
  6. There is Something for Everyone– Star War’s fans, Princess fans, Toy Story fans, Winnie the Pooh fans, Disney Jr fans etc., there is something for every age and gender.
  7. You are Provided a Personal Photographer– With the Disney Memory Maker, which you can read about here, you are provided with unlimited pictures of you and your loved ones from all over the parks, in addition, to ride photos and character photos.
  8. My Disney Experience Mobile App– This just makes Disney even more awesome than it already is. The app allows you to do practically everything. You can schedule Fast Passes, view your pictures from the Memory Maker, find where the characters are located within the park and more.
  9. Disney Characters Seem to Care– If you’ve ever been to Disney, you have probably noticed that no 2 children are the same. From all of the times I’ve visited Disney and after watching endless Disney YouTube videos, I’ve come to recognize that Disney characters really care and know how to respond to each child. With so many unique children in the world, this is very important and beautiful to watch.
  10. There is No Outside World– When you are at Disney, nothing else matters. Politics, sports, the latest Hollywood drama doesn’t matter when you are at Disney.
  11. Everyone is There For the Same Reason– For the love of Disney! I love being surrounded by people that love and appreciate all things, Disney. Excitement is everywhere and everyone understands and appreciates it.
  12. Technology– I may be easily impressed or behind the times but I am always amazed at the technological advancements that Disney has made at their parks over the years. The Magic Bands not only hold your credit card information but is basically your wallet. It is your room key, it stores your Memory Maker pictures, your FastPasses, your park tickets and more. In addition, with all of the technology at Disney, I feel safe. there are cameras everywhere and for this, I am truly grateful.

As I wrote in an earlier post there are things I don’t like about Disney, things I will never understand about Disney and resorts I will never stay at while at Disney, but what I like about Disney definitely outweighs what I don’t like. I am thankful that my family and I have been able to visit Disney and hope to visit many more times.
