Celebrate Dr Seuss’s Birthday

From favorites such as Green Eggs and Ham to How the Grinch Stole Christmas, many Dr Seuss’s books are passed down from generation to generation. Dr Seuss lives in the hearts of so many people and so many of his books are read to our children from their teachers at school or right before they go to bed at night. So many wonderful memories have been and are created from his amazing books. Since Dr Seuss’s birthday is March 2nd here is a fun round up of ideas on how you can celebrate Dr Seuss’s birthday.

  1. I absolutely love all the celebrations that happen for Dr. Seuss…we went to our local library one year and the Children’s Librarian was dressed like the Cat In The Hat – my Kiddies absolutely loved it!!

  10. I LOVE THIS! I didn’t know it was his birthday. I grew up on Dr. Seuss. One time while touring the city of Sausalito in California, I stumbled onto an art exhibit of his. It was incredible. The world is a better place having had him in it.

  29. I loved Dr. Seuss growing up. I had almost all of the book available at that time. I think my mother kept quite a few of them. Sure they are packed away in her attic. Kiddo has some and we read Green Eggs and Ham for St. Patricks Day ever year. I read somewhere that there will be a new book published soon. One that has never been published. I am excited to see that one.
