This is one of my favorite dessert recipes.
I am normally not a huge lover of pie but I do love chocolate chips in addition to cookies.
With that said, when you put the two combinations together and fill a pie crust, I fall in love.
And so does my family.
Chocolate Chip Cookie Pie takes very few ingredients. If you want, you can consider alternating or adding a variety of different ingredients.
- 9-inch frozen pie crust (bottom only)
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c flour
- 1/2 c white sugar
- 1/2 c brown sugar
- 3/4 c softened butter (1 1/2 sticks)
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- Sprinkle of cinnamon/sugar
- 1 cup of chocolate chips
This is probably one of the easiest pies you will ever make.
It’s a simple recipe that instructs you to add all of the ingredients to a bowl and mix.
It is that easy.
- Preheat the oven to 325 degrees
- Sprinkle the pie crust with a sugar and cinnamon mix
- Add the eggs to a mixing bowl and beat
- Stir in the flour, both sugars, softened butter, vanilla, and cinnamon
- Stir in the chocolate chips
- Spoon mixture into the pie crust
- Bake for 55 to 60 minutes
- Refrigerate until the pie is 100% solid
- Serve
