During the holidays I am always looking for new treats to make my family, to bring to work parties, treats to give as gifts and more. The other day, while I was at a family get together I discovered an amazing dessert that everyone could not keep their hands off of, so I decided to recreate it and add a little seasonal twist to it.
I love to make these Chocolate Covered Oreo Balls because they not only taste amazing but they are simple to make. They are so simple to make that I had my 11-year-old follow most of the steps by herself.
Chocolate Covered Oreo Balls
For this recipe, you only need a few simple ingredients: 1 regular sized package of Oreos, 8oz of cream cheese, softened, 2 bags of milk chocolate morsels, and crushed peppermints or any other toppings that you might prefer.
The directions to make Chocolate Covered Oreo Balls is simple but slightly time-consuming, so having my daughter help me, was a huge time saver.
