Chocolate Fluff

A few months ago I introduced to my readers one of my family’s favorite recipes, Lemon Fluff. This is such a light, delicious and sweet dessert that my readers loved it so much that I decided to create another quick and easy recipe similar to Lemon Fluff but call it Chocolate Fluff. If you love chocolate, then I promise you that you will fall in love with my Chocolate Fluff.

Chocolate Fluff

Chocolate Fluff is incredibly light and creamy and is perfect for family gatherings or office parties. It is not only simple to make but it uses very few ingredients. The first step in making Chocolate Fluff is to prepare the chocolate pudding. Since I had my 4 year old home with me, I decided to let her be my kitchen assistant.

prepare pudding

Set the pudding aside after it has been prepared and begin to mix the crust. I decided to create a graham cracker crust for the Chocolate Fluff instead of the crust that I made for my Lemon Fluff. I believe that this crust was much better.

Prepare the CrustAs the graham cracker crust is baking, I prepare the cream cheese layer. This is also simple and uses cream cheese, sugar and whipped cream.

Cream Cheese

Once the pudding, crust and cream cheese mix has been prepared you will then start to create the magic. Top the cream cheese mix over the crust, the pudding over the cream cheese mix and the whipped cream over the pudding. When you spread the whipped cream over the pudding it is almost impossible to not mix some of the pudding into the whipped cream. After everything has been layered, feel free to add some chocolate shavings over the top.
