I was chosen by MomSelect to host a Disney Kids Preschool Playdate. The opinions expressed here are my own. #DisneyKids
I was recently chosen to host a Disney Preschool Playdate and if you know me, you know how much I love Disney, so I was over the top excited! Since I was already in the process of planning an Easter party for my home daycare kids, I decided to throw them a Disney Animal Kingdom Easter Playdate! My kids love animals and they love all things Disney, so I knew that this would be the perfect playdate and party.
Before I share our party experience with you, here is an unboxing video of all of the awesome supplies that we were sent by Disney to host the party.
Since the kids I watch range from the age of itty bitty to 4 years old, I decided that a playdate based on the Animal Kingdom Disney park would be perfect. To prepare for the playdate, I found some cute animal printables online and had my girls help the little ones color them, cut them out, glue them onto a white bag, and then embellish the bags using Tulip Confetti Glitter paint. Since this was not only a playdate but an Easter party, I knew the kids would be collecting some extra goodies to take home.
When I decided on the Animal Kindom theme, I knew that I was going to have fun decorating the party table and creating fun animal themed snacks. We had tigers, zebras, birds, baby bunnies for adoption and more.
Before our Easter Egg hunt, the kids and I sat down and read “My Very Very Smelly Breath”. This is Banfield Pet Hospital’s second children’s book and it is too cute. All of the kids loved passing the book around, looking at the colorful pictures, and scratching and sniffing certain pages. This fun book was written to help children and pet owners provide the very best care for their pet’s teeth.
The red Disney Jr bags that were included in our big box of fun were perfect for keeping all of the fun treats, souvenirs, and Easter eggs that the kids were going to get to take home.
I am thankful that I was chosen by MomSelect to host a Disney Kids Preschool Playdate. Planning the kid’s Disney Animal Kingdom Easter Playdate and watching the kids have a fun time with the animal games we played, gobbling up the treats, our art projects and the Easter egg hunt was amazing and very memorable. I cannot wait to plan our next party!
