NuNaturals Peppermint Dip

*House of Fauci’s received samples from NuNaturals to create a fantastic and somewhat healthy recipe, all opinions and thoughts are my own*

With the holidays come family gatherings and office parties and with family gatherings and office parties come a lot of food. Often times during these gatherings we are so happy that we tend to eat and not even think about how much we are eating and then wonder how we gained so much weight. The great thing about NuNaturals is that they are sugar free but still have a naturally sweet taste. I was provided with a bottle of Peppermint Liquid NuStevia so I decided to concoct the perfect NuNaturals Peppermint Dip recipe for the perfect  holiday gatherings.

Peppermint Dip With NuNaturalsI love a creamy dip that is intended for fruit or for pretzels, so I decided to create a dip that included cream cheese and since NuNaturals was nice enough to send me my favorite flavor, I just had to turn this dip into a peppermint dip. As I stated above, the great thing about NuNaturals is that there is no sugar and their products taste naturally sweet.

Recipe Type: Dip

A great dip for the holidays. This dip contains NuNaturals so much of the sugar that would be in this dip is cut back since NuNaturals is sugar free.
Ingredients
  • 8 oz low fat (if you prefer) cream cheese
  • 3 tsp Liquid NuStevia Simple Syrup
  • 15 drops of Pure Liquid Peppermint NuStevia
  • 1/2 cup Andes Peppermint candies
  • Fruit of Choice
  • Pretzels
Instructions
  1. Mix softened cream cheese, simple syrup, peppermint NuStevia and candies together and blend.
  2. Once mixed, use as a dip for your favorite fruit or pretzel.

I think what I love most about NuNatural products, besides being sugar free and having a natural taste, is that a little goes a long way. When you are sent the 2oz tube of Peppermint NuStevia you might think to yourself that it will not last because it is so small but in reality it only takes a few drops to add a nice flavor. My NuNaturals Peppermint Dip has such a wonderful taste, especially when used with pretzels, that it is truly hard to resist, but luckily most of the sugar has been removed because of using the NuNaturals product.
