Cap’n Crunch Chicken

I love discovering quick and simple recipes so when I heard Kellie Rasberry from Kidd Kraddick in the Morning mention Cap’n Crunch Chicken, I immediately knew that I needed to look into it. The name instantly intrigued me, especially since I had two boxes of Cap’n Crunch needing to be used. She said that Planet Hollywood served it and it tasted amazing, so when I got home I did a little bit of research and discovered that I had most of the ingredients that Cap’n Crunch Chicken takes. I must warn you that I had to alter some of the cereal but in the end, I think my Cap’n Crunch Chicken turned out amazing!

Cap'n Crunch Cereal

As I was gathering the ingredients for Cap’n Crunch Chicken I realized that I did not have regular Cap’n Crunch nor did I have regular cornflakes, so I used what I had; which was Cap’n Crunch Berries and Frosted Flakes. This is such an easy dish to make and it’s a great dish if you have kids that love chicken with a hint of sweetness, but also if you have extra boxes of cereal laying around.
