There are some recipes that I typically make only a few times a year and every time I make them, I always ask myself why I don’t make them more often. One of my favorite recipes to make during Christmas is Cherry Marshmallow Fluff. It is the perfect side dish or/and sweet treat that should be made all year long.
Cherry Marshmallow Fluff uses a few simple and delicious ingredients.
- 21 oz can cherry pie filling or topping
- 8 oz container of Cool Whip
- 20 oz can crushed pineapples, drained
- 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups (or more) of mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup or more chopped pecans (optional)
This is probably the easiest recipe that you will ever make. It is actually a great recipe to have your kids get involved with helping you make. To make this, all you need to do is grab your favorite mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients and mix everything together. After it is mixed, I like to let it chill in the fridge for a few hours.

I cannot explain how delicious Cherry Marshmallow Fluff is. It has a taste that makes you go back and forth to the fridge for more throughout the entire day. It literally calls you from the fridge!
What is a side dish or sweet treat that you typically only make during the holidays that you wish you would make throughout the entire year?
