Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins

Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins

It seems like at the end of each week we have leftover bananas. There are so many things you can make with end of the week bananas like smoothies and shakes, but I love to make my Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins. They are delicious, simple to make, and can be frozen to be eaten later.

Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins

Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins are simple to make and take very few ingredients. This is also the perfect recipe to let your kids  help you with.  The first step is to mash 3-4 bananas in a bowl.

Mash Bananas

Once the bananas are mashed you will then mix in the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, egg, sugar, butter, vanilla, and cinnamon.  After these ingredients have been mixed, you will then fold in the chocolate chips.

Fold in Chocolate Chips

After the chocolate chips are folded in, fill your muffin cups 1/2 way with the mix. Then bake in a 350 degree preheated oven for 23-26 minutes. Insert a toothpick into the center of the muffin and once it is clear, then it’s done.
