Right before school started, I wanted to give my girls one last fun filled day before they headed back to the grind. I love creating memories with my girls and I knew that taking them bowling would create the best memories, so we headed to Main Event’s San Antonio North for some fun bowling and lots of fun and exciting video games.
This was my girl’s first time to visit Main Event. When they entered through the sliding glass doors they were in complete awe and to be honest, I was too! This was my first time to visit the Main Event’s San Antonio North location and I was impressed with the amount of space, the openness of it and how clean it was. After a mini look around, we headed to the bowling balls, rented some shoes and found our assigned bowling lane.
After some help from an awesome Main Event employee, we were ready to start our game. We set the girls to have bumpers when they bowled and I was contemplating doing the same for me but my husband wouldn’t let me. The girls did amazing and played the entire game. The only one that stopped was my 4 year old, she was too ‘tired’.
After my husband beat us all at bowling we headed to the video game area. There is something for every age! My 2 older girls will only play games that produce tickets and my 4 year old likes to ride the motorcycle games and the car games. After my girl’s coins run out, they make a b line for the Prize room. Yes, I said prize room! There are so many selections.
Our girls had a fun time during our trip to the Main Event. They created fun memories and were very impressed with themselves at how well they did bowling. Right now you can still take advantage of the Main Event’s Summer FUNpass. It’s an amazing deal that provides all-you-can-play bowling, laser tag, billiards and more for as low as $15.95 per person (see their website for more details). Also, since Main Event is amazing they are letting me host a giveaway for my readers! This gift card valued at $25 is good at any Main Event location, so go enter and wrap up your summer with Main Events summer FUNpass!
Just amazing, this looks like a great place to enjoy bowling with kids in summer. The giveaway looks pretty much interesting too & I would love a visit with my kids sooner.

We are really doing our best to savor every moment of summer! Bowling and other exciting family activities sound like a great way to keep the summer fun fresh.
The Main Event San Antonio North looks incredible. Bowling centers are fun places for parties and family get-togethers. I used to take my Girl Scout troop to the bowling alley in Sacramento for an early fall fun event. It sounds like everyone in your family had a good time.
I am so impressed at the cleanliness of this place. I wish they had that in my neck of the woods.
Looks like a great place. I know my kids would pick it for a birthday party event that is for sure.
