Turkey Vegetable Spaghetti

Turkey Vegetable Spaghetti is Full of Delicious Vegetables

Recently my husband and I have been trying to make an effort to eat healthier and get up and move more. We have been doing pretty good but lately, we have gotten tired of eating salads and yogurt, so I decided to gather some fresh vegetables and prepare a big pot of Turkey Vegetable Spaghetti.

Vegetable Turkey Spaghetti

Turkey Vegetable Spaghetti is a simple recipe that is perfect for anyone that wants to add a healthy kick to their spaghetti. This is a great recipe because you can add as many vegetables as you want. I like to use fresh spinach, bell peppers, red peppers, ground turkey, 1 can of rinsed pinto beans, fresh tomatoes, thin spaghetti, spaghetti sauce, and a can of tomatoes.

Turkey Vegetable Spaghetti Ingredients

As the ground turkey is browning on the stovetop, I cut the peppers and tomatoes. Once the vegetables have been sliced and diced, place them in a pan with some oil or butter and saute them.

Sautee Vegetables

After the turkey has cooked completely and the vegetables have sauteed, combine a jar of spaghetti sauce, the sauteed vegetables, one can of diced tomatoes, and a can of rinsed pinto beans into a pot and simmer. While the sauce is simmering, cook the noodles. Once the noodles are cooked, add the sauce to noodles and mix together. It’s that easy!
