With football season right around the corner, I am trying new appetizer recipes that my family can enjoy during the big game. Since I have 3 kids, I try to include a few kid-friendly recipes that they can enjoy and that grown-ups can enjoy also. My girls, like most kids, love pizza so I decided to make a Kid-Friendly Pepperoni Pizza Dip that is simple to make, uses very few ingredients and is really good.
Kid Friendly Pepperoni Pizza Dip
This recipe is easy to make, takes very little time and is always popular in my household. One great thing about this recipe is that you can get creative and change the recipe according to your family’s taste buds. For this Pepperoni Dip recipe, you will need 8 oz of cubed cream cheese, 1/2 cup sour cream, 1 teaspoon oregano or thyme, 1 cup of pizza sauce (I used premade), 1-1 1/2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese, and pepperoni slices.
There are only a few simple steps to make this Pepperoni Pizza Dip:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- Mix together the cream cheese, sour cream, and chosen spice
- Once mixed, spread onto the bottom of a pie plate

- Sprinkle the cheese over the sauce
- Top with pepperonis
- Bake for 23 minutes
- Serve with chips, french bread pieces or anything else that you want to dip
