Another new year is about to begin. Throughout the years, I used to make New Year’s Resolutions but have since stopped because, honestly, I don’t keep them along with a few other reasons such as these. Instead of making resolutions, I try and make healthy goals that I hope to accomplish but rarely ever do. Here are a few healthy goals that I try to accomplish each year. This year I decided to start the new year and focus on a list of goals. I didn’t want to only focus on healthy living goals but I wanted to create a really long list of random of 30 goals for the New Year. I am hoping that with a variety of goals, I can actually accomplish a few.
I love to set all types of goals. Long term goals, short term goals, daily goals, and anything else that I want to accomplish, even if I don’t think I can accomplish it, I like to try. Here are 30 Goals For the New Year:
- Cook a family meal at least 3 days a week. The other days we will eat leftovers or grab a quick meal.
- Read 3 books.
- Clean, like really clean, my house once a month.
- Purge unneeded items from my home 2-3 times a year.
