Del Taco is celebrating 50 years of serving fresh Mexican and American favorites. Ed Hackbarth opened the first Del Taco in Barstow, California, in 1964. He had a menu of 19 cent tacos, tostadas, fries, and 24 cent cheeseburgers. Black Bean Enchiladas
My husband and I love Tex Mex and since we live outside of San Antonio we have so many places to choose from to eat at, but on this day I decided to save money and create my own Tex Mex dish. Every now and then my husband and I just like to drive! We pile into the car with no where in our mind to go and we drive to see what discovery we can make. When our family first moved to San Antonio three years ago we were amazed by the food selection that this great city had to offer.
